Windows continuesly loads

I am currently having this problem where my windows 10 just keeps loading. I can't do anything with it. Its just stuck. When i check i have high usage of disk space its caused by windows defender. Pls help. Asus X455LD

Try resetting to factory defaults.

Take the battery out and try booting without the battery just the power supply plugged in with no battery.
