The change, currently under testing in Build 23585 for the dev channel, will allow users to remove pre-installed apps such as the Camera app, Cortana, Photos app, People app, and the Remote Desktop (MSTSC) client.

Revo is your friend. It has never let me down. You do need CCleaner to get rid of those very stubborn Windows features but Revo is still my go to uninstaller
