How to Hyperlink to bookmark in WORD on Sharepoint?

I am trying to link from Excel (not in SharePoint) to a specific place in a Word file in SharePoint and I can't get past that it only brings up Reviewing or Editing view, not the App.

I am linking via a bookmark, eg <Word File>#BookmarkName. It works fine if I test this outside of SharePoint.

I've tried everything. Is there any way to get round this?

Use embed objects.
